Associate at Hanold Associates
Catie is an Associate with Hanold Associates where she focuses on recruiting Chief People Officers, Talent, HR and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leaders and their respective teams across industries.
Prior to joining Hanold Associates, Catie worked as an investment banking analyst in the cross markets group at Goldman Sachs in Chicago where she focused on M&A advisory work. She previously held internships in the Charlotte area with Wells Fargo where she was immersed in corporate customer relations and market research.
Catie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kenan Flagler’s Business School accompanied by a minor in history. While at UNC, Catie served as the Head of Corporate Relations for Kenan Flagler’s Carolina Woman in Business organization and worked as a teaching assistant for several Mergers & Acquisitions courses, undergraduate and graduate level, as well as for the undergraduate Leadership in Action elective.
Catie is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, and currently lives in Chicago. She enjoys playing all types of racket sports, puzzling (1000+ pieces only), trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family and loved ones.
